Oh Land released the haute video for her lead single “Pyromaniac” off her new album Wish Bone, out September 24th. The video, directed by Jasper Carlberg and Rasmus Weng Karlsen, shows Oh Land striking a pose in some seriously chic threads, including a blush skeleton dress, as she parties in Copenhagen and takes a dip in a pool.
The mid-tempo song shows off Oh Land’s mischievous side as she sings about lustful relationships that quickly burnout. Point blank she states, “You saw the warning signs / But you threw caution to the wind / So don’t blame me / For the sad state you’re in.”
Between “Renaissance Girls” and now “Pyromaniac”, it seems ‘girl power’ plays a major theme on Wish Bone.
