Angers Day in Austin, November 14th

The first annual “Angers Day” celebrates Austin’s sister city, Angers, France. Taking place this Saturday, November 14th, “Angers Day” features French music, film, food, technology and culture, and follows “Austin Week,” the French city’s cultural celebration of the Live Music Capitol.

Angers Day presents five (mostly) free events to raise awareness about the cultural partnerships and exchanges between the two cities. Indulge in French wine, cheese and more with a picnic at the French Legation Museum, enjoy Parisian music from visiting artists at Stay Gold and Justine’s Brasserie, and much more. C’est si bon!
